1 Reflecting on live recording

* Pigeon French - clearly struggled more than I realized in making myself understood and expressing myself. So I did not give the right impression of myself.
* She understood the problems I came with and perhaps now I think she was more willing for me to reduce my large class than I thought at the time.
* Listening now, I am very dissatisfied because I was bumbling and clumsy. I think I was far too quick to say that it was OK, I didn't need the class size reducing whereas that was what I really wanted.
* I think that the tmoignage was pretty accurate - what Agnes Bruteuil said was useful and she couldn't have said a lot more but I am a bit disappointed I didn't go a bit further and get my class size reduced.

2 Reflecting on relationship with responsable

My relationship with my responsable was very good; she was friendly and helpful but we have not had a close relationship. After the first few weeks, I began to encounter her less and less. When I did see her she was (is) polite but we only ever have brief exchanges. I don't see her and haven't had any of her classes until recently. So if I have had any queries I have tended to ask one of the other English teachers. It is a big school - the Lyce Gnral has thirteen English teachers and the Lyce Professionel has about four. Everybody is very friendly so there has always been somebody to answer my queries. I haven't needed to rely on my responsable so whilst she was friendly and helpful, I don't know her that well so our relationship never developed as much as other assistants who may have relied on their responsables.

My relationship with Agnes Bruteuil has stayed the same -she is very friendly and welcoming when I see her but I rarely do see her. I don't really go to her for advice but all of the other teachers are friendly and available.
